Constructed in the late 1920's, the original structure, in brick, was part of a national bakery. Through the years, as the neighborhood became less industrial, the property eventually was the last part of the original structure left standing, used as an automotive shop in the late 1960's.

The building, now called "Waheh" which translates into oasis, was acquired in 1996 and magically transformed into the inspiring post-modern piece of architecture you see today. A private residence, the main structure continues to awe many tourists and residents alike. Now for the first time in its long history, Waheh is available for rent.
